Molanco is a family owned and operated company focused on broadacre and irrigation cropping. Operating the latest John Deere equipment and cropping practices. Our properties are located in Jerilderie, Southern New South Wales and Tullamore, Central New South Wales.

This position is located on our Tullamore property (1 hr west of Parkes, 50mins north of Condobolin). The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the modern fleet of John Deere/Kenworth machinery and assisting in all aspects of the cropping operations with help from the manager. The candidate is expected to assist in ensuring all plant machinery is maintained and adhering to a strict operations schedule to guarantee all ground preparation, planting, spraying, harvest, and property maintenance is completed to a high standard.

We are are looking for an experienced individual who possesses the following skills:

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Must be able to work as part of a team and as an individual.

• Experience Operating latest John Deere, machinery including Sprayers, Headers and Tractors.

• GreenStar GPS experience seen as an advantage.

• Basic daily servicing and maintenance skills essential.

• Mechanical qualification seen as an advantage.

• Chemical certification or higher accreditation or willing to obtain one seen as an advantage.

• HC or MC licence preferred

• Laser bucket/ Grader experience is seen as an advantage

• Current Drivers licence a must.

 MC Truck Driver (Kenworth T610 SAR) - Jerilderie, NSW:

Molanco is a family owned and operated company focused on broadacre and irrigation cropping. Our properties are located in Jerilderie, Southern NSW and Tullamore, Central NSW.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate an MC-class vehicle in compliance with all applicable road transport regulations and company policies.
• Safely transport goods between designated locations, ensuring timely delivery and efficient route planning.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation, including logbooks, delivery dockets, and any other required paperwork.
• Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Valid MC driver's license
• Good knowledge of Australian road transport regulations
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• BFM or willing to obtain.
• Grain carting experience is seen as an advantage.
